Return & Refund Policy

All Vessela & Co pieces are handmade and made to order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken
  • The wrong item was sent

How to file a concern: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send us a message through our contact page or email us at [your email] with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your concern and respond within 1-2 business days.

Resolution Depending on availability, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered by Vessela & Co.

Non-returnable items Items that have been used, styled, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
