Terms of Service

By placing an order with Vessela & Co, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept payments through the available methods at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Handmade Nature of Products All Vessela & Co pieces are handmade. Each piece carries natural variations in texture, finish, and form — this is intentional and part of what makes every piece unique. Product photos are as accurate as possible but slight differences may occur.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve it.

Damaged Orders We pack every order with care. In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, reach out to us at jamie@thisishirayastudios.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.

Intellectual Property All product designs, photos, and branding are owned by Vessela & Co and may not be reproduced without permission.
